East Bay Frontrunners & Walkers meet the second Saturday of every month. Located at Lake Merritt, this course offers a 3.1 mile walk or run (one circuit of Lake Merritt) or 6.2 mile run (two loops) and occasionally a 6.5 mile neighborhood hill run.
