As the founder of Cush Real Estate and Realtor, David Higgins leads a highly specialized team of top-performing agents for the representation of buyers and sellers in the finer neighborhoods of Oakland, Piedmont, Alameda, and Berkeley. With his team, David is consistently ranked as a top agent in the country and has achieved the ranking of #1 real estate agent in Oakland on a variety of annual lists.

David has received significant attention within the real estate community and beyond for his philanthropic work and donations offered back to the community, primarily focusing on education and the arts. His brokerage, agents, marketing team, and support staff are dedicated to a top standard of excellence in the servicing of clients and the selling of finer homes in our area. With more than $800 million in closed sales, David and his experienced team sell more than $100 million in residential real estate annually and hold an abundance of records in sales price as well as price per square foot.

Before attaining his BA in Political Science from Western Washington University, David served an internship with US Senator Slade Gordon. Then, upon graduation, he entered the business world focusing on product development, marketing, sales, and sales management, rapidly rising to top positions in several big companies.
