Having attained success in the corporate world he decided to pursue his longtime passion for real estate. He initially joined Prudential California Realty in the Piedmont California office where he rose to the rank of top 10 for production within his first year. As his success continued he found a fascination for understanding how to increase his effectiveness within the industry. With a goal of learning how to better serve his clients David began the journey of working with top real estate coaches throughout the country and was soon recognized as one of the nation’s leading realtors. After holding the top sales position at the Oakland Remax office he was offered an ownership stake in the Oakland CA Keller Williams office. Here he learned the best practices for opening and running a real estate office from Gary Keller, founder of Keller Williams in Austin Texas. A true testimony to his drive, expertise and ability to remain discreet with client information.
Sellers benefit from working with an agent who has an impeccable track record. David currently holds many of the record-setting home sale prices in the East Bay’s finer neighborhoods. He begins with a home evaluation and comparative market analysis, then develops a comprehensive preparation and marketing plan that guarantees success. David and his team of support professionals oversee the preparation and transformation of the client’s home before coming to market. Achieving top dollar in our new age of real estate sales comes from a well calculated strategy, combining what is often weeks of preparation paired with timing, extreme marketing and strategic pricing.
