Erika launched her real estate career in 2017 and has been a member of the team since before the firm opened its doors to the East Bay community in 2019. A Realtor and Designer at heart, Erika has taken on a variety of roles at Cush, including most recently as Director of Cush Design. She has been involved with hundreds of real estate transactions and has a firm understanding of all facets of the real estate process. Her combination of design savvy and market knowledge gives her a unique edge when representing her clients in the purchase or sale of a home.

Erika is a Bay Area native who first moved to Crocker Highlands in 2000 when she fell in love with the area, and returned 10 years later to buy her first home. When she is not working hard to help her clients achieve their goals, Erika enjoys salsa dancing, skiing, wake-surfing, and travel. Her favorite activity here in Oakland? Culinary walking tours with her 3 hungry boys…where else can you enjoy banh mi, tacos, and sushi all in one block!
Erika earned her bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. After a successful career in Public Affairs for national non-profits, she finally gave into her love of home design and open houses and has never looked back! She is fluent in Spanish and currently resides in Piedmont, CA with her husband and 3 sons.
